In both Ada County and Canyon County, we continued to see home values increase while inventory remained low. 

Property values for existing homes in Ada county rose to $290,404, up from $287,478 and average days on the market is just 28 days! In many price points, properties are selling as quickly as they come on the market, which is helping to drive the new construction market. Average price for new construction in Ada county was $371,974 in the month of April, 2018.


Canyon county saw similar increases with an average price topping out at $190,825 for existing and average days on the market at only 28 days. While new construction sat at an average price of $255,791 for the month of April, 2018.

Both Ada and Canyon counties saw an increase in the number of Pending units across the both existing and new construction from last month.
